Jorae and Nick chose the location for their engagement session. My maps took me right by the property but eventually I found it…down a long lane, a ways off the road. From the road, you could barely see the house, but once I made it down the lane, I could immediately see why they chose the location. Old barns, old chicken houses, old sheds, open fields, weeds, and a woods! This property is a photographer’s dream! Overall, we had PLENTY of options for some pretty cool shots.
I am kind of in love with this barn! I love the roofline but even more, I love the rustic sides and the gate!
Jorae, you are just stunning! Nick is one lucky guy!The sun decided to poke out for one minute. So we ran to the trees to at least get a couple with good light! This chicken house!!! I mean, is this not straight from a horror flick? Nick just bought a brand new truck. So, I asked him if he wanted any photos with it. Of course, he jumped at the chance and was glad it was pretty clean! Nick, I won’t hold it against you for being a Michigan fan!
And I can never end an engagement session without a silhouette or some sort of dramatic shot! So thankful for the sun poking out again at the end. Jorae and Nick, I cannot wait until your wedding!
