Amanda and Diego traveled quite a distance for their engagement photos in Fort Wayne, IN! Amanda chose Salomon Farm, located in Allen County, Indiana, as her wedding venue, and therefore, they really wanted to do their engagement photos there as well. Diego and Amanda live in Texas and made the trip to Indiana over Thanksgiving. It was one of the coldest days I can remember, and we were so very lucky to get a snow that weekend!!! The cool part is that Diego had never played in the snow! So, of course, we had to end the session with a snow ball fight!
One of Amanda’s favorite parts of Salomon Farm Park is the red barn. So, we made sure to include it in several of the photos! They braved one of the coldest engagement sessions to date and have some amazing photos to show for it!

Diego and Amanda are just the sweetest and are so in love! I think this photo shows all of that! The sweetness and love just oozes out of them!!!
It hard to tell just how cold it was! However, she hides it so well with that beautiful smile! Amanda loved her shoes, and I had to show just how crazy she was to be wearing these amazing heels in the snowy coldness!

My absolute favorite thing to shoot are sunsets, especially silhouettes. The colors in an Indiana sunset are hard to beat!
Amanda started the snowball fight! Since Diego had never played in the snow, we had to make it happen…even if by surprise attack! I am not sure who won in the end, but it was totally worth it! AND, by the time we saw finished, the moon was out so large and bright. What an amazing way to end the session!
