I just love the smell of a newborn…their warmth, their little cries. Being a newborn photographer is one of the most amazing jobs! Anyhow, Phil and Haley have been my clients for a few years now, and Haley and I have been friends for many years. As always, I get so excited when I get a newborn inquiry. Already having two boys at home, I hoped and prayed she could have a little girl! Consequently, I could not wait to get my hands on her!
First, the boys wanted to hold their baby sister for some photos. I love how these boys instinctively know their role! Baby P’s brothers may be a little over-protective! And, I think they are in love.
So, it is always a goal of mine at each session to at least get one photo with baby smiling, and her smile could not have been more perfect. I’d say her happy place is right there in her big brothers’ arms! Overall, the boys did amazing, and they were so patient, calm and careful!
In addition, family photos can be a somewhat challenging with little kids and a baby! These guys pulled it off perfectly! I just adore this sweet little family. Can you tell they are all a little taken with her?

PINMostly, I am not a huge fan black and white photos for newborn sessions. However, Baby P. rocked the black and whites! PINPINPINOh my goodness…she is just too precious! Look at those big cheeks and those lips! She looks so content! She is truly a little princess! PINOverall, thank you again Phil and Haley for choose me to be your newborn photographer!
